Medium Density Fibreboard for smooth, paintable surfaces. HDHMR (High Density Moisture Resistant) for kitchen and bathroom adjacent cabinetry.

PU / Lacquer Paint

How long does custom furniture take to make?
Timeline depends on the scope and quantity of furniture. A single wardrobe typically takes 10–15 working days from design approval to installation. A full home furniture package (all bedrooms + living room) usually takes 25–40 working days. We always confirm the timeline in writing before starting production.
What is the difference between laminate and PU finish?
Laminate is a durable, scratch-resistant sheet applied to the furniture surface — available in 100s of colours and wood grains. It's the most popular and cost-effective finish. PU (Polyurethane) paint is a spray-applied premium finish that gives an ultra-smooth, seamless, high-gloss or matte look — it costs more but looks very refined and is ideal for premium interiors.
Do you provide a 3D design before starting work?
Yes. After your home measurement visit, our design team creates a detailed 3D visualization of the proposed furniture in your actual room. You can review, suggest changes and approve the design before we begin production. This ensures there are no surprises at installation.
What is BWR plywood and why is it important?
BWR stands for Boiling Water Resistant plywood (IS 303 grade). It is specially formulated to withstand moisture, making it ideal for Mumbai's humid climate. It is also more termite-resistant than regular plywood. We use only BWR plywood for all furniture carcasses (internal structure) — this is what ensures your furniture lasts for 15–20+ years without warping or swelling.
Can you match existing furniture styles or colours?
Yes. If you already have furniture in your home and need new pieces to match — same finish, colour or design style — our team will identify the closest matching laminate or paint shade during the home visit. We carry a large library of laminates and can colour-match PU paint precisely.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
Our 5-year workmanship warranty covers structural integrity of the furniture (joints, panels, carcass), hardware performance (hinges, drawer channels, soft-close mechanisms) and finish delamination not caused by misuse. If any covered defect arises, we will repair or replace the affected component at no cost to you. Hardware manufacturer warranties (Hettich/Hafele — 10 years) apply separately.
