Professional Shotcrete Services
High-performance sprayed concrete solutions for slope protection, structural repair, underground works and retaining structures across Mumbai and Maharashtra.
Expertise
Sprayed Concrete with Strength & Precision
Devki Projects provides specialised shotcrete (sprayed concrete) services for a wide range of construction and geotechnical applications across Mumbai and Maharashtra. Shotcrete is a highly versatile technique where concrete is pneumatically projected at high velocity onto a surface β bonding with exceptional strength, conforming to complex shapes and reaching areas where conventional formwork is impractical.
Our experienced shotcrete team uses both dry-mix and wet-mix processes depending on the project requirement, applying fibre-reinforced or mesh-reinforced concrete linings with precise thickness control and quality that meets IS code standards for every application.
Speed, Strength & Versatility
Shotcrete offers unique advantages over conventional concrete placement β and our team maximises every one of them on your project.
Our Shotcrete Process
A disciplined, quality-controlled process from surface preparation through to final finish and testing.
Applications of Shotcrete
Shotcrete is used wherever speed, flexibility and high bond strength are critical β from hillsides to swimming pools.
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most common questions clients ask about our shotcrete services.
Regular concrete is poured into formwork and allowed to flow under gravity. Shotcrete is pneumatically projected at high velocity directly onto the receiving surface, which compacts it and creates a stronger bond. Shotcrete does not require formwork on the spray face, making it highly versatile for slopes, curves and repair work.
In dry-mix shotcrete, dry cement and aggregate are conveyed through a hose and water is added at the nozzle. In wet-mix, the concrete is fully batched with water before pumping. Wet-mix produces less dust and more consistent quality, while dry-mix is better for smaller volumes and remote locations. We select the appropriate method based on your project requirements.
Shotcrete can achieve compressive strengths of M25 to M40 or higher depending on the mix design. We design the mix to meet your specific structural requirements and conduct core tests after application to verify the actual in-place strength.
Yes, shotcrete is one of the most widely used methods for swimming pool shell construction. It produces a strong, dense, waterproof shell that conforms to any pool shape without conventional formwork. Most high-quality pools worldwide are built using the shotcrete method.
Yes. We take core samples from the applied shotcrete after sufficient curing and test them for compressive strength at an accredited laboratory. Thickness checks are also performed during application using pre-installed thickness pins. All test results are documented and provided to the client.
