Reinforced Cement Concrete construction and repair — from foundations and slabs to columns, beams, and retaining walls. Built to IS code, built to last.
Structural RCC Construction You Can Trust
Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) is the backbone of every permanent structure. At Devki Projects, our experienced structural team handles all RCC elements — from new construction to repair and retrofitting — using the correct concrete mix design, IS standard reinforcement, and formwork as per engineering drawings.
IS 456:2000 Compliant Construction
All RCC work follows Bureau of Indian Standards IS 456 — correct cover, mix, curing duration, and lap lengths.
Proper Mix Design — M20 to M40
We use the right concrete grade for each structural element — M20 for slabs, M25 for beams and columns, M30+ for special structures.
TMT Steel Reinforcement
We use Fe500/Fe550 TMT bars from reputed brands — correctly bent, lapped, and tied as per structural drawings.
7–28 Day Curing Guaranteed
We never cut corners on curing. Proper water curing is maintained for the full duration — critical for concrete strength.
Transparent Billing — Per Cubic Metre
Detailed quotations itemised by work type and quantity. No inflated rates or hidden charges on materials.
Types of RCC Work We Undertake
From ground-up structural construction to repair and rehabilitation of existing RCC members — we handle it all.
RCC Slabs
One-way and two-way reinforced slabs for floors, roofs, and terraces — designed for the correct live and dead load combinations.
Columns & Beams
Vertical and horizontal structural RCC members — the load-bearing frame of any building. Precisely formed with correct steel cage and concrete placement.
Foundations & Footings
Isolated, combined, strip, and raft foundations — the critical base that transfers loads safely to the ground.
Retaining Walls
Structural retaining walls that hold back soil, rock, or water pressure — common in hillside plots, basements, and podiums.
RCC Staircases
Dog-legged and open-well RCC staircases cast in situ or with precast steps — structurally safe and dimensionally accurate.
RCC Repair & Rehabilitation
Restoration of deteriorated, cracked, or carbonated concrete in existing structures — restoring structural integrity without full demolition.
Concrete Grades & Mix Design
We select the correct grade of concrete for every structural element based on load requirements and exposure conditions.
M20 Grade (20 MPa)
Standard grade for lightly loaded slabs, lintels, and non-structural members. Water-cement ratio ≤ 0.55.
M25 Grade (25 MPa)
Standard structural grade for beams, columns, and foundations. Most commonly used in residential RCC frame construction.
M30 Grade (30 MPa)
High-strength grade for heavily loaded columns, transfer beams, and basements with hydrostatic pressure.
M35 / M40 Grade
High-performance concrete for industrial structures, bridge components, and special engineered applications.
Fe500 / Fe550 TMT Steel
High-strength Thermo Mechanically Treated bars — corrosion-resistant, ductile, and weldable. Correct diameter per design.
Water-Cement Ratio Control
W/C ratio is strictly controlled per IS 456 for each exposure condition — critical to concrete durability and impermeability.
Admixtures & Additives
We use plasticisers, super-plasticisers, and waterproofing admixtures (Sika, Fosroc) as required for workability and durability.
Cube Testing (IS 516)
We conduct cube compressive strength tests at 7 days and 28 days — providing test reports for quality assurance and handover.
How We Execute RCC Work
A systematic, quality-controlled process — from structural drawings to cube testing and curing.
Drawing Review & Planning
We study your structural engineer's drawings and BOQ in detail — confirming bar diameters, concrete grade, cover, and any special provisions before work starts.
Site Preparation & Formwork
Shuttering is erected using quality plywood or steel forms — correctly propped, levelled, and oiled. No gaps or sagging to ensure a clean concrete surface.
Steel Reinforcement
TMT bars are cut, bent, and positioned as per design — with correct cover blocks, laps, hooks, and tie wire binding. Inspected before concreting begins.
Concrete Mixing & Pouring
Concrete is batched by weight using a mixer or transit mixer. Poured in layers and compacted using a needle vibrator to eliminate voids and honeycombing.
Curing (7–28 Days)
Water curing is maintained continuously for a minimum of 7 days (14–28 days for high-strength grades). Curing compounds used where continuous water curing is not practical.
Deshuttering & Testing
Shuttering removed after specified deshuttering period. Cube tests reported at 7 and 28 days. Surface defects patched. Final inspection with client before handing over.
Tools, Equipment & Materials We Use
Professional-grade machinery and quality materials — because RCC quality cannot be compromised.
Transit Mixer / Batching Plant
Ready-mix concrete from approved batching plants for large pours — consistent mix, controlled W/C ratio
Needle Vibrator
Electric needle vibrators (25–60 mm dia) for thorough compaction — eliminates honeycombing and voids in concrete
Steel / Plywood Shuttering
Quality plywood and steel form panels — reusable, dimensionally accurate, and oiled for clean concrete surfaces
Bar Bending Machine
Motorised bar bending and cutting machines — accurate bends, correct dimensions, faster steel fabrication
Acrow Props & Staging
Adjustable steel acrow props and bamboo/MS staging — correctly spaced and load-rated for safe slab and beam support
Cube Moulds & Testing
150 mm cube moulds cast at each pour. Cured alongside structure and sent to approved lab for 7-day and 28-day compression testing
Fe500/Fe550 TMT Steel
TATA Tiscon, SAIL, JSW, or equivalent reputed brands — certified, tested, and traceable to mill test certificates
Sika / Fosroc Admixtures
Plasticisers, waterproofing admixtures, and curing compounds from Sika and Fosroc for performance-grade concrete

Why Devki Projects for RCC Work?
Structural Drawing Compliance
We execute strictly as per your structural engineer's drawings — correct steel, cover, and grade. No substitutions without written approval.
Experienced Structural Team
Our RCC foremen and supervisors have 10+ years of experience in structural construction for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Mandatory Cube Testing
We never skip cube tests. You receive a 28-day compressive strength report for every pour — ensuring your structure meets design requirements.
Zero Compromise on Curing
Full curing for the code-specified duration is non-negotiable for us. This single step determines 30% of final concrete strength — we don't cut it short.
Transparent Measurement & Billing
Billing is per cubic metre of concrete poured and per kg/tonne of steel fabricated and placed — with measurements taken jointly and agreed before invoice.
